All earrings are non-returnable once the original hygiene seal or packaging has been opened. This is a legal hygiene requirement under UK consumer law.

Returns — Bracelets

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact. Sale items and items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at itsearra@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
