Returns — Earrings
All earrings are non-returnable once the original hygiene seal or packaging has been opened. This is a legal hygiene requirement under UK consumer law.
If your earrings arrive unopened and you change your mind, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first at itsearra@gmail.com before sending anything back.
Returns — Bracelets
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact. Sale items and items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at itsearra@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by any of the above.
